1. Return and Exchange Policy Overview
At Vastralankarana, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery, for any reason. To qualify:
Items must be unused, and returned in their original condition with tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
Trying on a product is allowed, but please ensure it remains in a resalable condition.
2. Return/Exchange Methods
We offer two convenient methods:
A. Pick-Up Service
Available in most locations.
Option visible when you submit a return request on our website.
B. Self-Shipping
If pick-up service is unavailable, you must courier the item to us.

3. How to Request a Return
Visit our website and go to the “Track Your Order” page.
Enter your Order ID and click on “Request Return.”
Follow the instructions and prepare the item for pick-up or self-shipping.
Returned items will undergo a Quality Check (QC).
If failed, the product will be shipped back to you.
4. Important Exceptions and Rules
Items must be in original, unused condition.
For damaged/defective products, email us the Order ID, product details, and images at sales@vastralankarana.com.
Items that are washed, worn, or soiled will not be accepted.
QC failure results in cancellation of the return/exchange.
Refunds are processed only after QC approval.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
partial returns of combo packs are not allowed.
Products bought on sale/discount/offers or using coupon codes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For self-shipped returns, we are not responsible for items sent in error.
Returns/exchanges are not applicable on international orders.
Products damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not qualify for a refund.
5. Exchange Policy Guidelines
Exchanges are allowed for:
Size issues
Defective or incorrect items
Product can be exchanged for:
A different size of the same item
A different product of same or higher value
Higher value exchanges will require you to pay the difference.
Exchange is subject to:
Stock availability
Serviceability of your address
Successful QC
6. Timelines
Refunds (post QC approval): Credited within 7 days to the original payment method.
Exchanged products: Delivered within 7 days of QC approval.

Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days within India. Delays due to weather, customs, or logistics issues are not our responsibility.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
5. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
